Texas Crime Victims' Fund

Crime Victims' Compensation Fund

Many victims of violent crimes find themselves struggling with emotional, physical and financial burdens after the crime occurs. The unfortunate consequence of a violent crime is that victims can be left with large medical bills, counseling and therapy bills, childcare expenses, lost wages and more. Even worse, if a loved one dies due to a violent crime, families are faced with the cost of a funeral and the loss of their family member's income and support.

The Crime Victims' Compensation Fund is a fund set up to provide monetary resources to the victims of violent crimes in Texas. The attorneys at Fleming & Palermo understand the many burdens brought on by violent crimes. We can help you seek compensation from the Crime Victims' Compensation Fund to ease the financial strains you may be facing.

If you were injured or a family member was killed by a violent crime, you may be entitled to compensation. Call our law office at 1-888-TEX-JURY to learn more about the Texas Crime Victims' Compensation Fund.
